Yes, you should be over 21 although there are some exceptions for musicians(as long as they are NOT drinking)

My friend Mitch and I are starting an open mic night in Smithtown at Katie's this Sunday(June 2), and every Sunday after. It will start at 8pm and run til 2am or later with enough acts. It's open to musicians, comedians, poets etc.
